use of exterior facilities (pier, patio, greenhouse, restrooms, hardscape surfaces & breezeway),

time period of four hours for up to 30 guests

Camellia Cottage guest accommodations for a time period of 8 hours
up to 100 guests
on-site security
2 hour weekday photoshoot
free access to one rental add-on item.

Camellia Cottage and Birchwood Bunkhouse guest accommodations beginning Saturday, check-in 12 p.m., check-out Sunday 10 a.m.,
up to 20 overnight guests and 250 day-of guests

4 hour weekday photoshoot
free access to all rental add-on items.
